We often gladly receive photos from members sharing their children’s milestones with us. These include birthdays, first day of school, a special holiday to name a few. This album is a place where you can share your photos with others.
If you would like to send us a photo please email it to info@lhm.org.uk with your child’s name, age, heart condition and details of the occassion it was taken at.
Please note that photos may also be used in our newsletter and in future publications.
